CrossFit Elements

Have you heard CrossFit is great and you’d love to try it out…but you’re afraid that you aren’t fit enough or won’t know what to do? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our Iconic Elements program!

In two weeks, this program will introduce you to everything that you need to know to join in with our CrossFit classes. You’ll learn the basics of all the fundamental body-weight movements (squats, push ups, pull ups, etc). Once you’ve mastered that, you’ll move to learning the best way to lift weights safely and effectively. You’ll also get nutritional tips and an introduction to our amazing community at Iconic Fitness!

Strength & Conditioning

If you’re interested in specifically getting stronger, lifting heavier and doing more pull ups than ever before, this is the program for you. We have specifically crafted this program after years in the fitness industry to help you smash through any plateaus and get you performing better than ever.

It’s a fact that every other type of fitness and sport is improved if you improve your strength! That doesn’t mean you need to get bigger (although we can help with that too), just increase your strength to body weight ratio. And your fitness doesn’t need to suffer! Using barbells, sleds, tire, sandbags and just about anything else you can think of, we’ll get you great results and have a blast doing it.

In short- this program will help get you free of back pain. This program was designed in partnership with, back rehabilitation experts out of the USA. Nearly 80% of the western adult world now suffers from some kind of back pain. 80%! That’s not normal.
And you can’t stop training or it’s only going to get worse. We work hands-on with you to make sure you learn how to move correctly (all the time) so that not only do you stop feeling pain, but you are able to train the way you want to.

It’s going to take commitment from your part as well, but if you’re willing, we will get your back pain-free and ready for action again.

Iconic Burn

One of our most popular programs! Iconic Burn is designed to do just what it says on the tin: we are going to help you burn the most calories possible in one hour. We combine a variety of weights, body weight and cardio movements in a high-intensity atmosphere with pumping music and energetic coaches.

If you’re looking to come in, work as hard as possible for one hour and leave knowing you had nothing left, this is the one for you. This is intelligently-designed, high intensity interval training that keeps you coming back for more every time.

Nutrition Program

If you haven’t heard it before, then it’s time to realise: nutrition make up at least 80% of the results you’ll get, no matter what training you do. We know that it can be a minefield out there: What should I eat? When should I eat it? Are carbs good or bad? Should I be using low-fat milk?

We strip all of this information (and misinformation) down for you and provide no-nonsense, easy-to-follow nutrition plans. After our initial discussion, we will put together a plan for your needs and guide you through it with the help of our entire coaching team. Need to change something? Don’t worry, our plans are adaptable to any nutritional demands you might have.

Don’t worry, we are also not going to force you to starve yourself or weigh your food for every meal or even stop eating out. Your eating habits need to fit around your life- that’s why we are giving you a new “plan to eat for life”, not a short-term diet.
